Start a blog and post a video message once a week. Get video testimonials from your patients and clients and post them for everyone to see. Online video allows your prospects to see who you are and identify with you. Besides, it will help you set yourself apart from your competitors.

The key to win the search engine battles in fitness and physical therapy is to stay one step ahead of your competitor, to do something that no one else has thought of, or bothered to do.

My predication is that online video websites will rank higher in search engines and such websites will do better than traditional text based websites within 12 months. A regular collection of instructional videos is the fastest way for you to differentiate your personal training business.
