If you have read my book, I use a combination of online and offline strategies along with market to message match to increase referrals. There is a significant emphasis in positioning, customer satisfaction and mindset, combined with the &#039;reverse funnel&#039; concept, the &#039;referral generator principle&#039;, the &#039;physician profiling technique&#039; and the &#039;website patient generation&#039; technique that are new, cutting edge and constantly evolving.  
 
It&#039;s best to analyze for yourself - the use of peer generated marketing techniques, credibility of the source, innovation, inside knowledge of behind-the-trenches tips and most importantly, applicability.
