I run a group fitness training class for women. It’s called the Jersey Boot Camp.
I charge $239 for every participant. Everyone is trained in one hour, at 5.30 am or at 6 pm, 3 times a week. Effectively, I work 3 days a week, 2 hours each day, to execute this program.
The key to success in a group fitness program is prioritizing clients and focusing on the cash paying clients who appreciate your service the most. Patients or clients who are less likely to pay cash for your services are less important to your business with a paid fitness program like this.
As therapists, we spend a lot of ‘face time’ with doctors, which is inefficient and time consuming.
‘Face time’ should ideally be with groups of people, so effort is leveraged exponentially.
Think about what you can do to leverage your face time and the impact on your business will be immediate.
