		<description>We probably all implement the ideas a little bit some of the time intuitively, however it is motivating to have the ideas written down for easy reference. How much better success rates would be to have consistent and practised strategies for future referrals that may become self generating then only require monitoring to maintain the flow. 
The quote from Zig Ziglar regarding achieving what you want by helping enough others to get what they want is very apt. 
I intent to try harder to use the ideas until it becomes second nature.
